Brickwork restoration, Brixton

When the local council were regenerating and restoring the famous Electric Avenue. We [London Stonemasonry] were subcontracted to Verona Construction to undertake the stonemasonry, brickwork and pointing restoration and replacements on chosen properties.

We replaced many Portland stone elements including window sills, pediment stones and indents on moulded sections.

We also replaced the St Bees red sandstone, baluster, plinth stones and copings.

There were also many brick replacements and the entire building was repointed in a lime rich mortar.
